Incredible breakfast with a variety of options. Impressive queen room with 2 queen beds.- Great location on the outskirts of Montreal, and a 15-minute walk from a super regional mall.

I really enjoyed the location...everything was walking distance.

The staff did not appear to be fully trained. He lack understanding of anything we we asked in french and english and had very little knowledge of basic check-in procedures--the manager did not get back to us...

Clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is good and perfect close to restaurants. The staff is very polite and pleasant and the food is good.

The location here is great, whether you're just passing through or looking to explore the area. The fact that they allow pets and offer spacious rooms with two big queen beds is amazing! 🐾

didn't like paying 3.75 for a bottle of water that was set right next to the coffee pot (coffe free but for the water had to pay 3.75) also sheets were not changed. rates very expensive for this facility. not happy at all.\

The staff were courteous, friendly and went out of their way to help. Being in Quebec where the official language is French the staff spoke excellent English and had no issue with conversing in English. The attached restaurant was clean, the service friendly and food good.

The walls were thin so easy to hear conversation in the next room. Not a complaint, merely a fact.

Excellent breakfast options including toast, hot waffles, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. The rooms are quiet and impressive, each equipped with a fridge, microwave, and two separate beds.- Convenient location close to the food court and Carrefour Laval shopping center.- Nearby Wilfrid Pasta Bar is a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful to foreigners who did not speak French. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. The room was clean and neat.

Overall it is a good hotel.

I did not like having to go through the main entrance everytime I needed to get back to my room especially because my room was near the back of the hotel. I believe some kind of back access would be a good idea to consider.

The location of this hotel is perfect, being close to theaters, a fabulous mall, and the Cosmodome. There is also an attached restaurant nearby.- The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, offering options like pancakes, bacon, and made-to-order potatoes.

The service was good with a friendly check-in. The breakfast was incredible and satisfactory with waffles and bacon, for instance, the restaurant was good. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Jeu d'evasion.
